William Lim
Founder and Chief Trainer

William has always been serving the community and empowering teenagers to excel in their academic and their character development. William has been long serving member of the St. John Ambulance Brigade for 14 years and has attended several leadership courses and has attain several awards (Senior NCO Training Course outstanding Trainee.) which has contributed to his success and leadership.

He has wealth of experience in working with youth when he was the officer In charge of East View Secondary School bringing the school to be awarded Corps Achievement Award in 2004. He later on progress and move up to Zone and was appointed as the Zone Training Officer responsible in the development and training of the schools under the Zone.

He had held several leadership camps and Courses as the course commander namely Senior NCO Training Course 2006, 2007 and 2009. Officer Training Course as the course Commander in 2008 and 2009, imparting knowledge and inspire young leaders to step up as officer leading St. John Ambulance Brigade Singapore. He has been developing leadership framework and courses for peak performance since 2006 and the comments were commendable.

Due to his remarkable contribution to the organization he was awarded the St. John Commendation medal in 2008 and friend of the school in 2003 for outstanding contribution to his alma-mater – East View Secondary School.

Due to his strong leadership capability he was elected in 2002 as the main committee in Temasek Polytechnic IT School Studies club organising activities for his fellow students. He has also been elected as the Honorary Secretary for Temasek Polytechnic Graduates association in 2008. He was elected as President of East View Secondary School Alumni Association in 2006. He has contributed and held the 1st ever Combined Uniform Group camp in 2008 in East View Secondary School, bonding the Uniform Group Student leader. The comments for the camp were remarkable.

His outstanding leadership has given him a chance to be selected and attend the Officer Cadet School and was eventually commissioned as a Singapore Armed forces officer in 2005. During his tour of duty as a regular army officer, it imbue in him the qualities of a leader namely discipline, leadership by example, values, ethics and care for his man and subordinates.

William believes in giving and contributing to the society, he has been a grass root leader in the Tampines North Suplaza Resident’s committee and a member of the Young People Action Party(YPAP), volunteering his services in serving his country and neighborhood.
